DOES IT COST ME ANYTHING TO USE FIND YOUR OFFICE?

Not a penny, our service comes at no cost to you as we are paid an industry standard fee by the business centres for introducing you and successfully placing you in one of their offices.

WHAT TYPES OF OFFICE ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH FIND YOUR OFFICE?

We have a large range of serviced offices and managed offices on our books, we may also be able to help with some tradtional lease enquiries too.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I MOVE IN TO MY SELECTED OFFICE?

You can secure the office as quickly as the same day if you see something you really like, all it takes is the licence to be drawn up, signed and a deposit to be paid, you can usually move in within the next couple of days after this if the office is available immediately.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SECURE AN OFFICE?

This can differ depending on which office provider you choose but it will usually consist of 2 month’s rent plus your first month’s rent in advance, however some of the office providers we work with don’t ask for a deposit at all, we also have the option to offer a deposit guarantee which will allow you to pay your deposit over the term of your contract.
